This Fusion LED light packs four functions—stop, tail, turn, and backup—into one oval unit. The outer red band handles brake and tail signals while the white center LEDs take care of backup duties. Everything’s built into a single sealed housing, so wiring is straightforward and the finished look is clean. At 7-1/2" long by 3-5/16" tall, it gives you a wide, bright display that’s easy to see in any condition.
The 12-diode setup uses LED technology that lasts up to 50 times longer than old-style incandescent bulbs. That means no filament failures or bulb swaps—just steady, bright light every time you hook up. LEDs are also more efficient, drawing less power while putting out a sharper, more visible glow for better safety and confidence on the road.
Water intrusion can ruin a light fast, but this one is sonically sealed into a single waterproof unit. It’s fully submersible, so you don’t have to worry about rain, road spray, or dunking at the ramp. The durable polycarbonate lens and housing stand up to vibration and shock too, so it keeps working through rough conditions without flicker or fogging.
Once it’s in place, the light sits flush for a smooth, finished appearance. The built-in black flange helps it blend in neatly with most surfaces while keeping it secure. Hardwired leads make setup simple—black for tail, red for stop/turn, brown for backup, and white for ground. Mounting holes are spaced 7" across and 2-3/4" vertical center-to-center for an easy layout that stays tight once installed.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Optronics Oval Fusion LED Hardwired Stop Tail Turn and Backup Trailer Light. Now this oval trailer tail light has a nice, smooth bright red outer band, which will serve four functions. And I do have this hooked up to some 12 volt power just to show you those functions. So we're first gonna turn on your 12 volt power and you can see when we initially turn it on you're gonna see the tail light function which means the outer band of red LEDs will light up. I'm gonna go ahead and turn off the overhead light.
Now, it also offers a stop light function meaning that when you hit your brakes you'll notice the outer band of red LEDs will brighten. And then when you hit your turn signal you'll notice that it'll flash in the direction of the turn signal you're applying. And then the last function is gonna be the backup light function and that function, let me just go ahead and hook up the backup light function. And with that hooked up, you'll be able to see that when you go into reverse the LEDs the light LEDs in the center will light up to let people know that you're going into reverse. This does offer a total of 12 LEDs on this light.
Go ahead and turn off our power. It does use a sonically sealed waterproof housing and lens unit, which means it's submersible. It uses the durable SMT technology which stands for Surface Mount Technology construction of the LED circuit board. And what that means, it'll better withstand shock and vibration and allows for improved heat distribution. The LEDs are nice 'cause they'll make great replacements for incandescent lights.
They'll last 50 times longer and they're more efficient 'cause they'll provide brighter light with less power output. And of course, no bulbs to replace or brittle filaments that are gonna break. And you do get a lifetime warranty on the LEDs. We mentioned the polycarbonate lens and housing. The red lens you can see here is set inside with the white lens in the middle.
Uses red and white LEDs. The red lens with the red LEDs for the taillight as the functions we just showed you, and then the clear lens with the white LEDs for the backup light. It is a flush mount design. We just disconnect the power here. Turn it around for you. And you can see, as we mentioned, it's a flush mount design. Has this built-in black flange. Now to install this light, the hardware's not included. You would've to supply that. It is hardwire. You can see all the wires here, ready to install. Wire length is about eight and a half inches. And this slide is DOT, Department of Transportation compliant, meets the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 108 requirements for automotive lighting. Again, voltage, 12 volts. Wire configuration, if you use the black, that will connect to your taillight function. The red is for your stop and turn function. The brown is for your backup reverse lights and the white is your ground function. Last thing I'm gonna do is just give you some overall measurements on this. And we're first gonna do the overall which is gonna include the flange, if we include the flange. If we go length from one end to the other you can see is right at seven and a half inches, width, three and a quarter inches. And the total depth, including the flange is about three quarters of an inch. Now just the light itself, it's gonna be six and three eighths inches by two and one eighths inches. And the depth of just the light, not including the flange is about half an inch. But that should do it for the review on this Optronics Oval Fusion LED Hardwired Stop Tail Turn and Backup Trailer Light.

Good all-in-one lights replaced my old old incandescent lights. Really visible. Works great. Plastic housing seems like it could be susceptible to damage.
These work great and fixed the problem with my truck and its trailer management system. I was having issues with a cheaper set I ordered from another site. My truck's fancy trailer management system would think there was a fault and cut power to the trailer lights. I replaced the lights with these and so far so good. Thank you!

Added this to our Arcimoto that we converted to a flatbed. The electronics is driven by Pulse Width Modulation coding in an MRS Module and we don’t have the code. So we had to buy these with less draw (due to less LEDs). They work perfectly. The backups work perfectly (which it had none but the wiring was there). Probably the best lit Arcimoto in the world :) High quality. Fit in the grommet and bracket from another set of lights that had too much draw - so that shows these are very standard size. Pics show no backup, then backup. They are bright!

Love the super crisp color temperature and brightness and the reverse light. I've used a ton of Optronics products over the years and have never had one fail. I think these might be my favorite trailer lights yet!

Awesome product still looks and function great. I used this product to have additional break lights at the rear of the camper along with having back up Lights.
Had to wing it since the wires weren't all the same color, but it appears this was the exact part I needed!
These are a perfect replacement for the old lights on my Aliner. Had them wired up in not time. The only thing that presented a problem is that they mount flush. This means that the wires have to line up with wiring holes on a camper. With an Aliner there is one hole for each side, but they are offset to the right. My solution for this is to make risers with cutaways for the wires to run in to the offset holes. I'm using plastic cutting board material to make the risers.
