Question:

I am emailing to find out if you sell any type of tow hitch for a 2017 and a 2018 Freightliner M2? I currently have two of them and they are configured with approximately a 2000 gallon vacuum tank truck for recovering oily waste from harbors. I would like to mount to them a hitch so I can pull a trailer around as well. I have researched on them and from what I have found out they are rated to tow up to 30000lbs, while my trailer will not exceed ~15000lbs. do you have any recommendations from your site? If you require any pictures for best determining the best products I can send those to you.

Though we do not have a custom fit option for your two Freightliner trucks, I may still have something that will work. I will say that both of these will depend on how wide the frame is where these would attach.

The more heavy duty option will be the Draw-Tite Super Titan 4000 Weld-On Trailer Hitch with 3" Receiver Opening # 38124. This will have a 25,000 pound maximum capacity and comes with a ball mount, but will only fit frames that are 34 to 34 1/2 inches wide.

If your frame is either wider or more narrow, I suggest going with the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C37CR. This is rated up to 20,000 pounds and will fit a frame that is 18 inches wide, all the way up to 44 inches wide.
