Question:
2018 BMW X5 x35i non M hitch options. I’m Looking for a hitch you can’t see when the receiver is not attached without having to cut the fascia. It looks like you carry 2 that are hidden - the Eco and the Stealth. I only use the hitch about 10 times/yr and I’m only pulling about 3,500 lbs 4 miles each way. Which Hitch for the money do you recommend? The “active” Stealth Package can be pricey. I have park sensors that I believe I ca. turn off while pulling a trailer. Thanks for for helping in advance!

For the money, the best option for your 2018 BMW X5 non-M with backup sensors is the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH44FR.
The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Kit # SH85VR is a fantastic hitch and even comes with trailer wiring but there aren't enough advantages to it apart from that to justify the higher price. The EcoHitch has a receiver that you can detach so it will be like you don't have a hitch on your BMW.
The # EH44FR is the correct option for your X5 with backup sensors, and the other thing you will need is a trailer wiring harness, with the correct fit being the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT.
This harness will not only give your BMW a 4-way, but it installs without any splicing or cutting of your trailer wires needed, just clamping on.
