Minus packaging, the Draw-Tite # 75673 Class III trailer hitch weighs about 32 lbs, and is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon. You might consider the less expensive Curt # C13410 Class IIl as well. The Curt hitch features a concealed design that hides the hitch crossbar behind the bumper for a cleaner appearance. I've linked to install video for both hitches, so you can compare what both hitches look like once they're installed. The Curt hitch weighs about 5 lbs less than the Draw-Tite.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll need a few more items to complete your setup. For a trailer wiring harness, use # 118467. For a ball mount, use # C45030 and # 19261 for a 1-/78 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball. You will also need a pin and clip like # PC3.
I've also linked to an install video for the trailer wiring harness.
