Question:
What’s the difference between 6107 and 8550035? Also, I have a 8550034 18K that needs some parts. Having difficulty finding Teflon disk and gear for it. Do you source them? If I can’t find the parts, I’ll need a new hitch. I Will go to 21K If I buy another hitch. I have 2019 Ram 3500 SRW crew 6’4” bed. I have the 5th wheel prep and the Demco rail kit setup already.

The Demco # DM6107 only includes the hitch head and base assembly while the # DM8550035 is the entire hitch which also includes the side plates necessary to attach to industry standard bed rails such as those provided by the rail adapter for the puck system that you already have.
Demco doesn't offer us those parts as replacements because the gear assembly is so critical to the operation of the hitch and if their replacement is not done correctly could have serious consequences. In other words, they'd prefer not to offer them for liability reasons.
Since you already have the side plates and the adapter, the # DM6107 would be perfect.
