I have a Reese part rp30154 base and a curt slide hitch in my Ram 3500.purchased here Would that base work with the Demco auto slide?

There are different versions of the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th wheel hitch that are made for different applications.
For instance 13K hitch model # DM8550040 does fit into industry-standard above-bed base rails (ISRs) like # C16430-204 from Curt or your Reese rails. The 21K Demco hitch # DM8550038 fits into the Ford Super Duty factory 5th wheel prep kit. The 18K hitch # DM8550034 that you referenced also fits into ISRs.
