I purchased about 2 yrs. ago. Had a problem with main bolt coming loose while towing camper. Need replacement parts inside hitch. Cant find where to order.

All replacement parts we sell appear on the page I linked for you. I also linked the install instructions for this hitch and on pages 9 through 11 you'll find the complete parts breakdown with individual part numbers.
Since your hitch came with a 5-year warranty you may be able to obtain some replacement parts from Demco under warranty, if you wish. Some smaller parts we may not stock but they will be available from Demco.
