Your vehicle's owner's manual is always going to be the best source to find towing capacity, but from what I could find in my own research the towing capacity is going to be roughly 1300-lbs. Based off that, you would be able to tow a small trailer with a motorcycle. For a hitch I recommend using the Curt # C11490 because the concealed design it going to help give you a bit more ground clearance, which will be especially helpful for a smaller couple like the C-HR.
For a complete towing package you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For wiring I recommend using the Tekonsha T-One # 118756 which will tee into your vehicle's tail lights and provide you with a 4 way trailer harness to activate the lights on your trailer. For a ball mount you'll want to use the Curt # C45521 and either # A-80 (1-7/8" hitch ball) or # A-82 (2" hitch ball) depending on the coupler size of your trailer.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well as the installation video of the Curt hitch in case you'll be doing this yourself.
