Does the Roadmaster 1437-3 base plate fit the triple connect on the alpha 2 tow bar?

It can indeed, but you'd first need to swap out the triple lug ends on your # BX7380 Blue Ox Alpha tow bar with the # BX88185 adapter. Once the adapter is installed, the tow bar will work perfectly with the Roadmaster # 1437-3 base plate. I've linked you to a video showing how to install the adapter on the ends of your tow bar.

You'll also need a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system and a few other items to complete your towing system.
