Can You Adjust the Dual Latch Kit Spring for TruXedo TruXport Tonneau Cover?

The pins came out of the track and I cant get the spring to loosen up how do I do that ? THANKS

The Replacement Dual Latch Kit for TruXedo TruXport Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Covers - Post April 2011 # TX1117755 does not have any way to adjust the spring. You can't tighten or loosen the spring.
