How far recessed from the edge of the bumper is the hitch opening on the 2010 Hyundai Elantra sedan?

When we installed the Draw-Tite Class I hitch, part # 24795 on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, we found that the hitch pin hole in the receiver was recessed by 6 inches, as shown in the provided photo.
This means that the hitch mounted accessory like a bike rack you choose such as the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider, part # HR200Z would need to have a shank that has a hitch pin hole to closest portion of the rack distance longer than 6 inches. Since the closest upright portion of the # HR200Z is 12-1/8 inches rearward of the hitch pin hole, this rack would work perfectly.
