Question:
I have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra and want to confirm 60872 will fit the vehicle. It has a recovery tow loop that is welded to the bottom on the unibody and I am concerned it will interfere with the hitch installation see attached photos. Thanks.

The Draw-Tite hitch #24795 will fit your 2010 Hyundai Elantra as long as it is the Sedan model. We have test fitted the product on a Hyundai Elantra with a tow loop and I attached photos of the hitch on the vehicle. The hitch sits right in front of the tow loop and it does not interfere with the use or installation of the hitch. If your Elantra is a Touring Hatchback, this hitch will not fit and you will need Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver #24844.
This hitch has a powder coat finish to ensure superior corrosion resistance. A pin and clip are included with the hitch. It is designed for light-duty applications and lets you tow a trailer or carry a bike rack on the back of your Hyundai Elantra. If you are planning on using the hitch for towing you will need a wiring harness. If you have a sedan model I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with a 4-Pole Connector # 118433. If you have a Touring model, I recommend T-One Wiring Harness # 118473. You will also need a hitch ball to tow a trailer. I recommend the 1-7/8 Inch Ball # 19256. I have linked our help article on tips for trailer hitch installation.
I have attached a video installation for the Draw-Tite hitch on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra you may want to check out. The installation for the Hidden Hitch you are looking at is the same for the Draw-Tite hitch I attached the video for. I have also linked our help article on tips for trailer hitch installation you may want to check out.
