Is a hitch pin included with the hitch riser?

The Roadmaster High-Low Adapter # RM-070 does not come with a hitch pin and clip or lock. It is sold separately.

For a pin and clip, you can use part # PC3, or for a lock, we have part # RM-315 for a single lock, or part # RM-316 for a pair of locks.
