Question:
I have a air bag kit on a 2012 Ford f150 with the 51/2 bed but I want to put a gooseneck hitch in the the truck what would be a good one to look at to be the best and easiest option

The best gooseneck hitch option for a 2012 Ford F-150 is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1104 because it has a square hitch opening which ensures you are are far less likely to have issues with the ball getting stuck and because you can easily drop in a fifth wheel hitch if needed. It features no drilling into the frame.
In regards to air bags, they would need to install on the bottom of the frame like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57200 in order to be compatible with any gooseneck hitch.
