I am trying to find a 7” electric brake kit with four lug drums for an Axis 780622 axle. Can you help?

For a 4 lug hub/drum that has a 7 inch diameter drum we have the 2,200 lb axle hub/drum # 8-173-16UC3-EZ and then for a matching brake assemblies you'd want # 23-47 and # 23-48.
