Question:

Hi. I am needing a sturdy ratcheting strap for securing my compact tractor to a trailer. Since the loading position changes on the trailer in accordance with the attachments on the tractor, I was considering a wheel lasso set up. Could this strap be used in such a setup? Thanks

The Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Strap part # EM58629 could be installed along the top of the tire and secured directly in front and behind. This would provide great front/bracket support but not side to side. If you are instead looking for more of a wheel net you'd want to use something like the Erickson Adjustable Ratcheting Wheel Net part # EM58522 which fits 14" - 29" tires. There is a limit on wheel diameter for most of these wheel net type tie-downs with 30" being about the largest with a decent capacity.
