The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57385 should work on a 2020 Ford F-150 with lift but that really comes down to what the lift entails. That said, you will need a spacer in order to compensate for the lift. If the amount of rear lift is 6" then you will need the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 and LoadLifter 7500XL 6" Air Spring Level Spacers part # AL52460.
