What are the dimensions of each piece of the product?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled an Aluminum Hand Rail for 3 Step Scissor Stair, # AHR3, to take some measurements. The longer piece is 43-1/4 inches long. The shorter piece is 39-1/8 inches long. Both pieces are constructed of 1-1/2 inch square tubing.

The brackets is 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. The bolt holes are 2 inches apart, but the 2 center most holes are 6 inches apart. I have included some pictures showing these measurements for you.
