Thanks for the information and part numbers. One last question, I've read on some forums that after installing a factory harness you have to have the vehicles computer "flashed" after installation. Is this so with the Tekonsha harness?

You can install the Tekonsha 7-way part # TK22113 in your 2019 Dodge Durango R/T. It comes with everything needed including the brake controller wiring that you looked for under your dash as well.
One really easy brake controller install solution I recommend is the Curt Echo part # C51180 which basically just plugs into an active 7-way and once synced with your smart phone is ready to tow.
