Thanks but a little to pricey. Was hoping for something that is a good value that aids in me tying it down quickly..

Yes, the etrailer kayak carrier part # e98878 will work great to carry a 13 foot kayak like what you have. It's really easy to use, padded, and can fold down when not in use so it's the carrier I would recommend.
