The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56404 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Audi Q5 and fits behind both the driver and passenger side rear access panels. I've attached the installation instructions which gives you photos to see the locations. The wires will be long enough when installed correctly. I confirmed this with Curt.
