I need a Draw-Tite hitch, wiring and brake controller for a 2016 Audi SQ5 . Im not sure the appropriate wiring package, can you help?

I would be happy to help you. For a Draw-Tite Hitch on your 2016 Audi SQ5 you will want item # 75940. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Audi's frame with included hardware.
To add a brake controller you will need two separate wiring harnesses because you will need to add a 7-way to plug the trailer into. The first harness you will need is the Curt T-Connector item # C56404. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area. It will provide you with a 4-flat connector.
The second harness you will need is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your vehicle with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it.
For a brake controller you will want the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller item # RED24FR. This is a proportional brake controller with a unique installation method. The main control unit gets hidden behind the dash and the only visible part is the nickel sized control knob that can be mounted wherever convenient.
To connect the Redarc without having to cut or splice wires you will want the Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness item # 331-TPH-017 and the Tekonsha item # TK22FR. This will give you a plug and play installation.
If you don't mind cutting and splicing wires you will only need the Universal Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers item # RED69FR.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
If you want an easier all in one solution to your hitch and wiring harness that is not a Draw-Tite, then I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit item # 391AUDQ509T. This kit includes the 7-way wiring harness you will need. The receiver is also completely removable when you are not towing. It includes a towing ball mount and a 2" x 2" accessory receiver for bike racks and cargo carriers.
