Can I secure a girls bike with the frame hook on this bike rack?

Absolutely! The Swagman XTC-2 # S64670 can easily accommodate children's bikes or women's bikes with alternative frames. You will have no problem sliding the bike hooks to securely grasp the slanted top tube commonly found on girl's bikes, as you can see in the attached photo.
For added security and peace of mind, you may want to also pick up Swagman's cable and hitch lock kit # S64031 to lock the rack to your vehicle and your bikes to the rack.
