Will Dutton Lainson Winch DL14627 Be Easier to Turn than Fulton 1,800 Winch

This winch has a gear ratio of 5.4/1. The Fulton 1800 winch has a gear ratio of 4/1 Will the dutton winch pull easier due to this ratio difference?

Yes, since the Dutton Lainson # DL14627 has a higher ratio of 5.4:1 and also has a slightly longer winch handle than the Fulton # F142306 it would be easier to turn. It would be a noticeable difference.
