Will the DL14627 mount to existing bolts for Shelby 5407B?

From what I have found, the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - TUFFPLATE Finish - Single Speed - 1,800 lbs # DL14627 will match the bolt pattern of your Shelby 5407B. I have attached a diagram as well as the dimensional drawing showing the bolt pattern on the # DL14627. I recommend comparing this to your Shelby to make sure it matches.
