What size bolts need to be purchased to mount this? I don’t think it said what size the mounting holes were in the video.

The bolt holes of the coupler # CT-2003-Z are 1/2 inch so I would recommend going with 1/2 inch nuts and bolts that are Grade 5 or higher and you'd be set.
