  • Availability of Repair Kit for Fulton Trailer Coupler 11-300
Hey David, the Fulton 11-300 1-7/8" coupler was actually discontinued and, according to my contact at Fulton, repair kits are no longer available. The only solution is to replace the coupler. I recommend using the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # CT-2003-Z. This fits a 1-7/8" ball, a 3" channel tongue, and has the same 2,000 lb capacity.

  • What Size Bolt Holes Does etrailer Coupler # CT-2003-Z Have
The bolt holes of the coupler # CT-2003-Z are 1/2 inch so I would recommend going with 1/2 inch nuts and bolts that are Grade 5 or higher and you'd be set.

  • What Is Needed to Install Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - Trigger Latch - Zinc - 1-7/8" Ball
The Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler part # CT-2003-Z looks to be an excellent replacement for your trailer coupler based on the info and photo you have provided. It doesn't come with hardware and I don't recommend reusing the existing so a trip to your local hardware store would finish up your install. I recommend 1/2"-13 x 4" Grade 5. The other thing I would add but is not required is a lock for security, the etrailer Trailer Coupler Latch Lock part # e98889.

  • 1-7/8-Inch Ball Trailer Coupler for Straight Channel Tongue Trailer
It sounds like you need a bolt-on 1-7/8-inch coupler for a trailer with a channel tongue. The couplers like this that we offer are shown on the linked page. These are available as both standard couplers and brake actuator couplers. Just click on the type you need. For instance, part # CT-2003-Z is a 2K-rated 1-7/8-inch trigger latch coupler for a 3-inch tongue. These mounting holes are spaced apart 2-1/4-inches on center. Please see the linked video. These items are made to fit channel...

  • Titan Coupler to Replace Ram 5k Coupler
I did some research online and I found a coupler with some lower mounting holes that looks similar to the Ram's. It is the Titan Coupler - Painted - Multi-Fit Ball - 3" Channel - Bolt On - 5,000 lbs item # T2343400. I have attached a diagram I made of the spacing and location of the bolt holes.

  • What is the Distance Between Bolt Holes on 1-7/8
From center to center, the distance between the two side bolt holes on # CT-2003-Z is 2-1/4". On # DL13728 the distance is 3". Both trailer couplers fit a 3" channel tongue, a 1-7/8" ball and are rated at 2,000 lbs. If you are replacing your coupler, it may also be time to replace your coupler lock. I recommend the etrailer.com Coupler Lock, # e98893, which works with 1-7/8" couplers.

  • Replacement Trailer Coupler Repair Kit for Trailer Coupler
It looks like you need a trailer coupler repair kit for your trailer coupler. If that is the case then I would love to help but unfortunately I cannot identify the correct replacement coupler repair kit for you based on the photo you have attached. The only way for us to get you the correct replacement coupler repair kit is if you can provide us with the part number for your trailer coupler as they are not universal. I would also like to point out that we do not carry a coupler repair kit...

  • Trailer Coupler Recommended for Trailer With 2-5/8 Inch Round Tube Tongue
I don't have an option that would bolt or weld right up to your 2-3/8 inch diameter pipe, but if you're handy we have an option or two that could work for you with a little welding and fabrication work. We do have a round tube tongue coupler that could work, but it's for a 2 inch trailer ball so you'd need to replace your existing 1-7/8 inch ball with a 2 inch. I'd recommend using the # BD028383 which is designed for a 3-1/2 inch pipe, so you'd need to shim the 2-3/8 inch pipe you have...

  • Replacement Towbar, Coupler, and Caster Wheel Availability for an LCI-851T Trailer
I found a parts list online but it looks like the only thing we carry that would fit your LCI-851T trailer is a replacement coupler. We have 1-7/8" hitch ball couplers that fit a 2" channel # CT-2001-Z, 2-1/2" channel # CT-2002-Z, and a 3" channel # CT-2003-Z depending on the size of the towbar. We don't have any towbar (I-beams) or caster wheels for your trailer though so if this is an older trailer you may consider investing in a new trailer that you can easily find replacement parts for.

  • Is There a Coupler For a 3-3/8 Inch Channel
Hello Dan, I'm sorry to say there is not a coupler made for a 3-3/8" wide channel. That said, you can use some spacers to make a coupler for a 3" channel work like the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # CT-2003-Z.

  • Looking for Trailer Coupler for 3 Inch Channel Tongue With 2-1/2 Inch Mounting Hole Spacing
The typical center to center hole distance is around 3 inches, much like the hole spacing of the # F222000301 Fulton coupler you'd looked at. If you're speaking of the distance between the inner edges of the holes, and not the center to center spacing, the holes have a gap of about 2-1/2 inches between them. If you don't mind going with a 2 inch ball, this might be a good choice for you. If you'd prefer to stay with a 1-7/8 inch ball, you could use the etrailer brand # CT-2003-Z, but...

  • Options For Straight Tongue Channel Coupler For 1-7/8" Hitch Ball
Hello Burris, We have straight tongue channel couplers for a 1-7/8" hitch ball, though none with bolt holes that are 5" apart. Each of the couplers has holes 2-1/4" apart, so you can still use them if you're drill new holes. I know it's not what you asked for but I at least wanted to give you the option, and if you're okay with that, the right one will depend on the width of your trailer tongue. - 2" Tongue: Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # CT-2001-Z - 2-1/2" Tongue: Channel Tongue Trailer...

  • Replacement Coupler Options for a 1963 Boat Trailer With 1-7/8" Fulton Coupler
The only Fulton coupler repair kits we carry are the # F670801 and # F640801 which are for much heavier duty couplers. Due to the age of your trailer you will most likely have to replace your coupler unless you can find the parts from a used coupler. I do see we have a few options depending on the width of the pole tongue on your trailer. We have a 2" # CT-2001-Z, 2-1/2" # CT-2002-Z or 3" # CT-2003-Z option. All of these are capable of bolting on to the tongue, have a 1-7/8" ball fitment...
