Do you know if this kit will fit on a 99 Scamp 19 5th wheel?

The Dexter Torflex Lift Kit you've looked at, part # K71-707-01 isn't a trailer specific item. It's specific to the axle used. If your Scamp has a Dexter Torflex #10 torsion axle, this kit would work great. The axle will have either a sticker or a stamping on it to identify it. If you have a different axle, if you can provide the markings/info from your axle tube I'd be happy to look into a solution for raising your 5th wheel's ride height. With the VIN, I can contact Samp and possibly learn which exact axle your 5th wheel was equipped with.
