For a basic everyday type of hitch the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98861 is the way to go it offers the 2" x 2" receiver tube opening and has a very nice matte finish that looks great.
If you're going to be maxing out the Express's towing capacity I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15320 this has the same 2" x 2" receiver tube opening and is best suited on the 2500 and 3500's doing some serious hauling.
As far as wiring the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118392 is a great choice it will give you a 4-way flat connector and is custom fit so you won't have to cut or splice any of your factory wiring. If you will need a 7-way connector then add the 7-way kit we have available part # ETBC7.
