Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76138 will fit a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve. That said, the Grand Touring models have an additional underbody trim piece that will need to be permanently removed for hitch installation.
The Draw-Tite hitch is an excellent option because of the hidden design so you only see the receiver tube once installed, not the main cross tube therefore you get a very factory like appearance. If you will be towing, don't forget the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118746 and eTrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
