The Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-062710 is a really solid option that would give you 4 cameras you could have mounted on your 2007 Damon Tuscany 4072.

The monitor is bigger at 7 inches and the cameras have night vision like you are wanting as well so it would be just what you are looking for.

Yes, the wiring you have would work with this kit. The wiring basically is the trigger circuits for the cameras which is going to be the same trailer wiring circuits.
