Question:

Before I order item 13084 please tell me the bolt size that will thread into the factory threaded passenger side holes on my Jeep. I want to clean the threads and buy a bolt to be sure the bolt will thread into the passenger side threaded holes. Please tell me which bolt I should buy.

The Curt Trailer Hitch part # 13084 comes with 6 of grade 8, 1/2-13 x 1 3/4 carriage bolts. I recommend to clean the weld nuts with a brush like part # 814092 before trying to screw in the carriage bolts. It helps to use a brush and WD-40. I have attached a helpful article for your reference.

I am not asking about carriage bolts, rather the metric bolts for the passenger frame side which has pre-threaded holes.

I think you might be talking about the 1/2-13 x 1-3/4" hex tap bolts that are used on the passenger side frame rail. I also copied a link below that will take you right to the full install manual that lists all the hardware used so you can be certain.
