For an anti rattle hitch lock to fit the wider hitch on your 2016 Toyota Tundra the best option is the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Lock # 63232 which has a usable span of 3-1/2 inches or even the # SHP2040-XL for a 3-7/8inch span.

The Blue Ox Immobilizer part #BLU85QR that you referenced would work great for what you are looking for since it was designed to fit the 3 inch hitch size. It would easily fit around the collar of your hitch that is 3.5 inch.
