Hello Hal,
Great question! It really would be nice if Toyota kept their receiver the same size as everyone else’s so any standard 2" lock would fit. The good news is that Infinite Rule actually made a lock specifically for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, so you don’t have to guess or hope it fits.
You’ll want the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 2" Toyota Tacoma Hitches, Stainless Steel # IR75FR. I added a video and a photo showing it installed on a 2024 Toyota Tacoma, which uses the same receiver size as the 2025.

The pin is longer than most, my limited had one in the glovebox behind all the paperwork in a plastic bag
