Question:
OK I understand only offering the 1 1/2" receiver and I will go with the CURT # 11529. You stated the C45521 which would have a 2 5/8" rise was recommended. So is the 2 5/8" what I need as a riser? My problem is I have 2" bike rack, (2) 2" boat hitch for 1 7/8" ball and boat hitch for 2" ball already so I want to have the final connection be 2" opening. So rather than the C45521 I'd be looking more for the Maxxtow #MT70355. It though has a 4 1/2" riser and your recommending a 2 5/8" riser.

2 inch trailer hitches are typically only made for vehicles with higher towing capacities like trucks and SUVs. Since your 2018 Hyundai Kona is a lighter duty vehicle there are only 1-1/4 inch hitches made for it like the Curt # C11529 that you referenced. Then for trailer wiring we have the zero-splice kit # 119250KIT as a fit that I recommend that easier to install and also very reliable.
For a ball mount you'd then want the part # C45521 and for hitch balls # A-82 for a 2 inch ball or # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
