Question:
What is the height from ground to inside top of the hitch? This info is typically in your great videos, but I cant find one specifically for the 2018 Kona. thanks.

We haven't had the chance to install either the Curt # C11529 trailer hitch on the 2018 Hyundai Kona, so I'm not going to have a precise measurement for you at this time.
That said, from what I can tell, based on the installation photos, this hitch appears to sit just slightly below the bumper, so if you measure from the ground to the bottom of your bumper, and subtract about a half inch, that should give you a pretty good idea of what the hitch height will be with either of the hitch options for your Kona. I attached a photo for you.

I'm planning on installing a trailer hitch on my 2020 Hyundai KONA to use for a bike rack, a cargo basket, or a cross bar support to lengthn the distance between cross barrs for a longer kayak. Your sit shows two choices: Draw Tite 24976 ad Curt Curtb C11529. Question 1: Do you think one or the other of these maintains more ground clearance? Question 2: Why does the Curt need a stabilizer strap while the DrawTite doesn't? What should I be thinking abou in making this choice?
