I reached out to my contact at Reese and they were able to confirm that a replacement handheld remote isn't available for your Reese Towpower 2,000 lb electric winch, model 7033600.
Economy winches like these aren't designed to be serviceable, so replacement parts aren't offered. This means that you will only be able to use the standard hand crank to operate it going forward.
The Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch # BDW15017 would be a nice upgrade to your 2K Towpower winch. It features a 1.5-horsepower motor with 3,400 lbs of line pull. This winch does come with a water resistant hand held remote, also available as a replacement through part # BDW20220. A wireless remote kit # BDW20212 that lets you operate the winch from up to 100 feet away is also available. The permanent magnet motor offers great line-pulling power and speed but it's lighter and uses less current than the series-wound motor on your current winch.
