Are Larger Diameter Trailer Wheel and Tires Easier on Wheel Bearings

If I have clearance is 12 in tire better on bearings ?

Since a larger diameter wheel and tire would spin slower at the same MPH than a smaller diameter wheel/tire yes, in theory a larger diameter wheel/tire is easier on bearings. That said, we don't see smaller setups wear out at a noticeably faster rate than larger diameter setups. For other reasons larger diameter setups are preferred though. They provide a smoother ride quality and typically have higher weight capacities and speed ratings.
