Will etrailer Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2 Fit 2,200 Dexter Torsion Axle

Question:

Will these brakes fit on a 2200lb dexter torsion axle? These are 1/2 the cost as the ones as the 2200lb axle and appear to be the same unit. The trailer is a 1997 polaris feather light dual axle 4 place snowmobile trailer with 10 inch rims. The trailer was originally equipped with electric brakes but they have sense rusted beyond repair.
