In one way or another, the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger part # PD4135K is grounded to the chassis although it's a bit different for the AC and DC side. I have attached for you below an addendum to the installation instructions you'll want to use when wiring up the panel. It goes over the grounding connections in more detail.
