Question:

2008 StarCraft homestead lite 5th ELX-45 converter going bad, need a replacement and can’t find conversion for replacements.

I have a solution for you but there isn't just a replacement converter section for the Elixir ELX-45. You're going to need to replace the entire panel with the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger item # PD4045KA.

This is a 2-in-1 AC/DC distribution panel and smart charger that works with lithium-ion, flooded lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries.

I have a 2008 HiLo with a Elixir ELX-45 converter. I would like to up grade it so that I can use Lithium iron phosphate or agm batteries. Please recommend a replacement. I don't want to modify my structure and use my agm until I purchase the lithium batteries. Thanks Johnnie

@Johnnie If you do not want to replace your entire panel using the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger item # PD4045KA you can install the Progressive Dynamics 9300 Series RV Converter Charger item # PD69RR.

@Ralph To replace an Elixir ELX-45 you will need the Progressive Dynamics 4000 Series Mini RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel item # PD4045KA.
