1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Today were going to review part number AM20212. This is the Americana 13 inch by 4 inch solid center steel trailer wheel with the 5 on 4 inch bolt pattern. It is white in color. This wheel is made of a sturdy steel construction. It has a nice white powder coat finish over an e-coat primer over the whole wheel. It gives you excellent corrosion resistance.
The design of this wheel is the solid center, so it doesnt have any spokes or openings in the wheel itself. This is a high quality wheel which meets the Department of Transportations specifications. The dimension on this is the diameter is 13 inches, the width is 4 inches. If you go to measure that basically what youll measure is when the tire is seated on this wheel it would seat right in here on these bead seats. When you measure the diameter youre going to measure bead seat to bead seat, so inside to inside.
If you put a ruler on that you can see its 13 inches in diameter. Well do the same on the width. The tire seats right in here, so well measure inside to inside, or bead seat to bead seat. You can see 4 inches, so 13 inch diameter, 4 inches wide.The bolt pattern on this is a five lug, f inch bolt pattern and on a wheel that has an odd number of lug holes, like in this case five, what you do is just pick any hole you want to start at, measure from the center of the starting hole directly across the hole across from it and to the outer edge of that hole. So you can go from this hole to either one of these holes, and Ill show you how to measure that.
Were going to measure from the starting hole, the center, to the outer edge or furthest edge. So center to the first edge you can see is 4 inches. So, five lug, 4 inch bolt pattern. It does use a wheel lug size of a half inch by 20. The pilot hub diameter which is this hole, the large hole in the center of the wheel goes over the hub on your trailer, the diameter on thats going to be right at 3.19 inches.
The weight capacity on this wheel is 1,660 pounds.That should do it for the review on part number AM20212, the Americana 13 inch by 4 inch solid center steel trailer wheel with the 5 on 4 inch bolt pattern. .

Bought these rims to replace the ones on my vintage 1966 Shasta travel trailer. I am very satisfied with the appearance and price of these wheels. The shipping was unreal! Great buy, 13 inch white rims. Delivered to my door, they fit perfect on my 1980 Trillium 4500 model. I painted the rims to match the trailer’s original gel coat color. I bought the etrailer baby moon hub caps that also fit perfect.

Wheels are what i needed. The powdercoat was slightly damaged from what i assume is storage and handling. The inside of one wheel hole has the coating gouged out of it, as if It was hung on a peg. There was also some paint damaged on the area thats covered by the tire but not where it.will effect mounting. These issues do not bother Me but May affect others as i am painting them black regardless. Looks like a Solid heavy wheel that will serve my purposes well. Shipping was About two weeks as they had to order them to send them to me. I see nothing about these wheels that strikes me as unusable. Great value for money spent.

They're still holding air; problem is, with COVID, we haven't been able to go anywhere to really try the trailer out. Other than bringing it home 25 miles, that's it, but it pulled fine, tires fit right and I didn't have any problems with handling or tracking.
