Is it possible to buy just the spring loaded barrels without the chain or turnbuckles?

While the TorkLift Basic SpringLoad Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs - Qty 2 part # TLS9000 are awesome to prevent the overloading or twisting we can sometimes get. They are not available as just the barrels. They are sold as a kit to make it easy to add to your current setup.
