My 4Runner has a special molded panel under the doors of the vehicle. I do not want to have to remove that panel. Is there longer brackets that hang below and a flat running board can be installed? Running boards toyota 4Runner Limited

The molded panel on the 2012 Toyota 4Runner is standard with the trim package of the Limited 4Runner. The boards available that fit the Limited will fit below that panel in your photos.
I recommend to use the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit part # 27-6120-1945 which fits the 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited and has a wide 6" step for extra traction. They are also brushed aluminum for rust Resistance and they look nice.
You can also add the Westin LED Light Kit for Sure-Grip Running Boards part # 27-6000 so you can see them at night.
