I have a 2018 Ford explorer XLT four door third row seats and I am looking for running boards. Help easy install, no drilling if possible.

Thanks for the information Calvin and welcome back! To add running boards to your 2018 Ford Explorer XLT, I recommend the Westin Sure-Grip item # 27-6125-1965. They include a custom mounting kit that does not require drilling.
The Westin Sure-Grip item # 27-6125-1965 are 72" long and will run the entire length beneath the doors of your Explorer. They're 6" wide overall and have a built in 4-1/2" wide step pad running the full length.
I attached a picture below along with an installation video so you can see what the Westin item # 27-6125-1965 running boards look like installed, and how to get them set up.
We also have the Westin item # 27-6125-1965 running boards with shinny anodized aluminum trim item # 27-6620-1965 and Brushed Aluminum item # 27-6120-1965. These are the same running boards and installation kits they just use different aluminum accent pieces.
Who's going to be using the running boards the most? Do you have kids or an elderly relative?
