Question:

I need to install a brake controller on my 2020 Ford Transit T350 so I can tow a trailer. What all do I need to accomplish this?

The parts you need kind of depends on what you already have for your 2020 Ford Transit T350, but I'll give you a list of all the parts you need either way.

If you already have a trailer hitch and basic wiring like the Curt T-Connector # C56327 (single rear wheel) or # 118722 (dual rear wheel) installed on your Transit, then you need the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 which plugs into your existing 4-Way and provides you with all of the connections and wiring for a brake controller.

For a brake controller I highly recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR because it can be installed virtually anywhere since you only need access to the 3/4" diameter control knob. This controller is easy to read in that it uses color coding to tell you what different settings it is at. This means you don't have to try to read a screen to figure out what is going on. I have attached a review video of this brake controller for you to reference.

If you don't have anything on your Transit already then, I recommend installing the complete Tekonsha wiring kit # 22114 (single rear wheel) or # 22116 (dual rear wheel) because everything you need comes in one complete kit. If you'd like to have both 4-Way and 7-Way connection points you can swap out the included 7-Way with the Hopkins # HM40975 and mounting bracket # 18136.

In this instance you likely don't already have a trailer hitch so for that I recommend the Curt Class IV # C14012 because it features a hidden crosstube for a really clean look. You'll also need a ball mount to complete your towing setup.
