3500 lb axle suretrac 5 bolt 2018 year bearing kit? What bearing kit would I need do I need to know the spindle number and if so where do I Find that?

I was able to do some digging and found out that Sure-Trac trailers use either a Dexter or Lippert axle, and both of these 3,500 lb axles use the same bearings and grease seal, so we have exactly what you need.
The Bearing Kit for #84 Spindle # BK2-100 is precisely the correct kit for one of the hubs on your trailer, so if you are looking to replace the bearings on both hubs, you'll need a pair of kits. This kit comes with the following:
- Inner Bearing # L68149, Inner Race # L68111
- Outer Bearing # L44649, Outer Race # L44610
- Grease Seal # 58846
