How to Trim Rear Fascia for Installing etrailer.com Trailer Hitch on a 2019 Honda CR-V

going to buy the etrailer hitch for my 2019 honda CR-V but i dont know what trimming rear fascia means??

Great question. The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish part # e98848 does require trimming the lower rear fascia. In the attached photos you can see that the lower rear fascia needs a 3"x3" square cut out 5/8" from that center hole location. The best tools to use to trim the panel are either tin snips or a dremel. You can either mark off your sections with tape or use chalk before cutting.
