I am looking for 14 utility tire st 205/75d14 tires that are installed on the trailer-not a spare tire cover. What do you recommend?

It sounds as if you're needing a storage cover. If that's the case, I'd recommend the # 290-3973 Adco Ultra Tyre Gards that fit 27-29 inch diameter tires. Your tire size is typically a bit larger than 26 inches, so I wouldn't recommend going with the # 290-3974 you mentioned as they might not fit well. The Tyre Gards use bungees to attach, to havinng them be a tiny bit larger than necessary won't be a problem.
