The video of the Drawtite is really a copy of the hidden hitch. Does this draw tite also require the stacked washers and spacers? Do Any hitches for this vehicle not require the spacers?

The Curt trailer hitch, # C13078, does not require stacked washers for isntallation on a 2011 Nissan Quest. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, a hitch pin and clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring, use # 118547. I have included a link to the wiring instructions as well.
The Draw-Tite hitch you referenced, and Hidden Hitch # 87609 (which is no longer available) actually share the same installation instructions, linked for reference, so the install and parts required is the same.
